Justice Seitz will do an excellent job as our new Chief Justice and Vice Chancellor Tamika Montgomery-Reeves’ nomination continues a legal career that stretches from Delaware’s revered Chancery Court to her past work with groups like the Prisoners’ Rights Project and the Access to Justice Commission. I applaud Gov. Carney’s picks and especially want to highlight the importance of increasing diversity in our judiciary.
