Legislators To Host First Public Forum On Energy And Environment Policy In Delaware

WHAT: Legislators will host the first in a series of a public forum discussions on energy and environmental policy on Friday, January 15, 2021 at 2 p.m.

Hosted by Sen. Stephanie Hansen (Senate Environment & Energy), Rep. Deb Heffernan (House Natural Resources), and Rep. Bill Bush (House Energy), Friday’s forum will first consider this year’s Renewable Portfolio Standard legislation. Participants will also discuss the structure and purpose of future policy forums.

All are invited to participate. Registration is required. Over 100 individuals and organizations are currently registered to attend.

These online discussions are designed to facilitate conversation on important energy and environmental issues long before bills arrive in committee. They do not replace committee meetings.
