Advisory: Delaware Senate To Reconvene On Tuesday

WHAT: The Delaware State Senate will reconvene on Tuesday to consider House Concurrent Resolution 42.

HCR 42 was introduced and passed by the House late in the afternoon on Monday, Nov. 1. That resolution is a modified version of Senate Concurrent Resolution 63, which was passed by the Senate earlier in the afternoon on Monday, Nov. 1.

Both measures seek a Delaware Supreme Court advisory opinion on the Legislature’s constitutional obligations under Article III, Section 13 of the Delaware Constitution.

WHEN: 4 p.m., Tuesday, November 9

WHERE: Legislative Hall, 411, Legislative Ave., Dover
