WHAT: Senator Darius Brown, chair of the Delaware Legislative Black Caucus and vice-chair of the Senate Corrections & Public Safety Committee, will announce a donation of 5,000 surgical masks to the Delaware Department of Correction (DOC).
The generous donation from the REFORM Alliance, a nonprofit criminal justice reform advocacy organization co-founded in part by Meek Mill and Philadelphia 76ers partner Michael Rubin, will be used by DOC to supply visitors and inmates with PPE once in-person visitation resumes next week.
