ADVISORY: Senate Health and Social Services Committee to Hear Constitutional Amendment on Reproductive Freedom

WHAT: The Senate Health and Social Services Committee will convene to consider Senate Bill 5. Sponsored by Senate Majority Leader Bryan Townsend and Speaker Melissa Minor-Brown, Senate Bill 5 is the first leg of a constitutional amendment that would enshrine reproductive freedom into the Delaware Constitution.
